Location and access. How important are they when buying an apartment?

According to some studies, Bucharest is among the most congested cities in the world and in which the most time is spent in traffic. Of course, we don’t need an education to prove this to us, because we leave our homes every day and spend hours in traffic to get from one corner to another, especially when we don’t have many means of transportation at hand .

The distances you have to travel daily from home to the office and back, to procure the necessities of your daily life or simply to spend your free time can be an advantage or, on the contrary, a chore.

In the continuation of the article, we will present a list of things to take into account when choosing your new home, and which Akcent City fulfills brilliantly:

1. Access – One of the most important things when looking for a new home is access. When discussing big cities, location plays perhaps the most important role in the choice made. Whether we’re talking about proximity to public transportation, shopping malls, schools, parks, office buildings and more.

The location of the complex is one of the most important things we had in mind when choosing the space for construction. Mobility, freedom of movement, social life, easy access to the city’s points of interest are some of the most important pillars in our project for those who appreciate active, modern or urban lifestyles.

Thus, just 2 minutes from Akcent City you can find the Jiului metro station and bus and tram stations.

And where can we add that the construction of the Metro Line 6 has also been started, which will also connect the 1-Mai-Pajura area to the Otopeni Airport.

Right next to the complex are Kauflad, Penny București Noi, Mega Image and Piața 16 Februarie.

The Colloseum Mall is located a few minutes away.

If we talk about educational institutions, there are kindergartens, schools and even universities nearby.

You can see all the points of interest of the area here.

2. The area – București Noi is recognized as an area with real estate potential and continuously growing. It is a reference area of sector 1, which in recent years has benefited from major investments in the modernization of the infrastructure, thus facilitating the access of public transport by restoring the road and sidewalks.

In addition to these, the area is recognized for its green spaces, which are by no means negligible in extent.

Just a few minutes away there is the Bazilescu Park with an area of over 13 hectares, an ideal place for sports activities or outdoor relaxation.

And if the green spaces near the Akcent City complex don’t seem enough to you, in a world in constant motion, in a continuous rush, we sought to include additional green spaces inside the project as well. Thus, we have designed and will have more than 4000 square meters of green spaces inside the complex, which will constitute an oasis of green and peace, as well as playgrounds for children. Thus, you can have your moments of relaxation for yourself and your loved ones without even having to leave the complex. What can be more beautiful than that?

Social life, and this not only because studies show it, but being something felt by each of us, is an essential factor for the level of happiness of a community. All these common spaces created, concern for sustainability, reducing pollution and protecting the environment are what encourage the formation of lasting relationships.

3. Distance from the center – There is the same question when deciding to buy a house: in the suburbs or in the center? We believe there is no wrong answer, there are just different needs. The central areas are especially preferred by those who have an active social life, who need easy and quick access to the city, educational institutions, offices and who seek to spend their free time in the more dynamic areas of the city.

In the case of Akcent City, the distance from the center is short, and the distance from Henri Coandă International Airport and the North Railway Station can be reached in optimal time.

The distance to the city’s points of interest not only means a number of activities at your fingertips, but also time saved to get to them and time gained to do what you like.

4. Parking – It might seem unrelated to location, right? We will, however, have to contradict you. In the world we live in, and because we were referring to Bucharest at the beginning of the article as one of the busiest cities, with the largest number of cars at European level, the parking space boils down to two things: time and comfort.

How many times have we not wished that after a day spent in the city, whether it was the office or free time, we could get home and not have to spend dozens of minutes looking for a parking space? Or to go through
