Or maybe you can organize an entire dressing room for you and your significant other. Last but not least, one of the rooms can even be used for guests or a whole gym directly at your home. There are many ideas, you just have to let your imagination run wild and put them into practice.

Two bathrooms, less conflict. Not only can you spend more time in the bathroom, relaxing in a bubble bath, without the fear of being kicked out (let’s be real, how many times has that happened to us, when it was just a bathroom, the partner, the children need it). But even when it’s not about the family, you can make one bathroom for the family and one for the guests.

3 and 4-room apartments are the perfect choices for large families, for those who like to spend time with friends, for those who want to divide the rooms as efficiently as possible according to their hobbies and, last but not least, they can be very suitable for rent.

The energy consumption and costs of these apartments will be higher than for studios or 2-room apartments, but as long as the blocks are built correctly and according to the latest nZEB (low energy consumption) norms, the maintenance costs will be the right ones compared to the number of rooms.
